FSD is dedicated to providing your child with the tools they need to successfully grow as a dancer and individual in a professional, yet family-oriented environment. The physical and social rewards of a dance education are a given, but it is the opportunity for creativity, exploration, and valuable training that set us apart from other dance education institutions. We offer a 4,000 SF state of the art facility, fully equipped with sprung dance floors to protect our students' bodies
Faucher students have been featured in several media publications, awarded prestigious dance scholarships at competitions and conventions, and have gone on to higher education institutions to further their dance studies. Our students not only get to train with FSD's own talented faculty each and every week, but also with both established top-notch choreographers and aspiring artists from all over the country! * Student shown w/Tyce Diorio
What Parents Are Saying...
"My daughter has had wonderful experiences with the faculty and made friends that are very dear to her. She has self confidence to expose herself to new and exciting opportunities and a scholarship has even come out of it. She has danced with some of the biggest names in the industry and made memories that will last her a lifetime.
-Billie Jean Theriault
"My daughter has been taking classes with Miss Jen for four years now. She has studied contemporary, jazz and hip hop and loves them all. Since starting, she has gained strength, flexibility and confidence. I am so glad that we found Miss Jen. Not only is she an extremely talented dancer, she is a fabulous choreographer as well." -Karen Terrill
"I wanted to take a minute to thank you for all that you have done for Ally. I can see the maturity in her dance along with a confidence that is great to see... You have brought her a long way..."

PRESS RELEASE:
Faucher School of Dance Relocating to Expand its Training Space
AUBURN, MA-June 27, 2011- The rapid growth of Faucher School of Dance’s student enrollment has lead the dance school to leave its small, one-room location and relocate to a 4,000 SF facility conveniently located at 848 Southbridge Street (Route 20) in Auburn, in order to accommodate the growing school. The transition will happen quickly over the summer and its new doors will open on August 1, 2011. Meanwhile, classes will resume at the current location at 64 Auburn Street.
The two-year young dance school has been planning relocation for some time due to the increase in students and demand from visiting artists to instruct master classes for Faucher dancers. The new space will provide 2 large dance rooms with state-of-the-art sprung dance floors, a large waiting area, changing room, 2 bathrooms, and ample parking. The larger facility will make it possible to offer more classes, providing greater opportunities for its students and faculty. “We’re all so humbly overwhelmed by the dedication and growth of all our students and we know this new and improved space is just what they need to continue in the right direction,” said Faucher Dance director, Jen Faucher.
Faucher School of Dance was conceived in 2009 and has since successfully created a professional, yet family-oriented, dance education facility for many young boys and girls. The school is committed to providing students with the tools they need to succeed in the dance industry. The school offers classes in tap, ballet, jazz, lyrical, pointe, contemporary, hip hop, and acro. Students have been recognized in several local newspapers and are past recipients of awarded dance scholarships at competitions and conventions, and have also gone on to dance companies and higher education institutions to further their dance studies. Fundraiser & community events are also an important part of the school. Jen Faucher is the founder of the highly acclaimed annual WJH Memorial Performance that benefits Why Me/Sherry’s House of Worcester, where several local dance companies, as well as companies from NYC and Boston areas, come together for a night of dance to recognize and support the cure and care of childhood cancers.
